The Office of the Third Sector (OTS) and the Charity Commission for England & Wales have published their response to the consultation on the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).

They are making a number of changes to the draft regulations to take account of consultation feedback. The aim is for the CIO to become available as a form for new charities from spring 2010, the OTS said.
