Event report

Hear our CEO John Pepin chat with board members George King IV of MASECO Wealth Management, Alana Petraske of Withers Worldwide in New York, our newest board member James Broderick of the Impacting Investment Institute, and from our Zurich committee Heiko Specking of specking+partners on how they are managing in this unprecedented time and what it means for the private client advisory space.

Background

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit us all, and the rapid nature of the disruption has meant that for all of us our working and personal lives are colliding, businesses are being forced to make dramatic changes.

This panel will be focused on discussing the impact of this disruption to the Private Client space including supporting clients at a time when philanthropy and social impact investment is needed more than ever, but the uncertainty of markets, livelihoods, community and family safety will be causing internal conflicts.  How can you as an adviser support your colleagues and clients on a daily basis right now through this turbulent time?

During the call, Plum Lomax of New Philanthropy Capital shared a link the the NPC Resource Hub, highlighting their coronavirus guide for philanthropists and Ted Hart of CAF America shared a link their list of compliant charities involved in COVID-19 response.
