Philanthropy UK has been a key collaborator in a new digital learning platform from Coutts Bank launched to support its clients on the road to more effective philanthropy and family business.

‘Knowledge Exchange’ features articles and detailed reports from a selection of well regarded institutions in their respective fields, including the Family Firm Institute (FFI) for family business content and Alliance magazine for philanthropy content. It also has expert insights, client interviews and tutorial films to promote greater understanding and provoke discussion.

One of the videos features retired entrepreneur Brian Greene, founder of an arts and sports trust to help talented youths pursue their dreams,  sharing his philanthropic experience and  insights. Clients can also engage in topical discussions and interactive forums with experts and connect with one another globally.  The platform will be extended to all international clients of Coutts during 2012.

Jason Jarvis, Head of Knowledge Exchange at Coutts, said :We’ve already had very positive feedback on ‘Knowledge Exchange’ and look forward to further building on the content to meet the needs of our clients.” He said the exchange would help to put education at the forefront of client relationships.
