Next Funding Evening 24th June

There are still a limited number of places available at the next funding evening of The Funding Network (TFN).
Six well-known figures who will each do a six-minute presentation and have six minutes to answer questions on charitable projects they are personally involved in:
- Nick Hornby - English novelist and essayist, presents TreeHouse, which aims to transform the lives of children and young people with autism
- Jonathan Pryce - Welsh stage and film actor, presents Friends United Network (FUN). FUN supports children aged 5-16 from extremely disadvantaged single parent families in the Boroughs of Islington and Camden.
- Jon Snow - British television newscaster, presents New Horizon Youth Centre. This day centre in London works to ensure that vulnerable young people find a home.
- Amanda Mealing - Well-known television actress, presents S.A.F.E., a British charity that uses high-quality professional theatre, combined with community activities and education, to deliver life-saving information about HIV and AIDS in Kenya.
- Richard Stilgoe - Songwriter, lyricist and musician, is Chairman and Founder of The Orpheus Centre, a unique performing arts centre in Surrey for people aged 19-25 who have a mild or moderate physical impairment or learning disability.
The event will be hosted by Coutts & Co at their offices on 440 Strand, London, WC2R 0QS.
