Independent Age

Independent Age is the national charity dedicated to improving the lives of older people facing financial hardship. Through our Helpline and team of specialist advisers, we provide free, practical support to those without enough money to live on. We also fund local, community-led organisations across the UK that work directly with older people, ensuring support reaches those most in need. The insight gained from our services and partnerships gives us a strong evidence base, which we use to highlight the realities of poverty in later life and to campaign for meaningful, systemic change.
