Offploy CIC is a social enterprise led by people with lived experience of the criminal justice system. We support individuals at risk of offending into meaningful, sustainable employment through one-to-one mentoring that builds confidence, resilience and readiness for work. Our mentors combine professional insight with personal experience, creating trusting relationships that drive real change. For every 100 people we support, we see 55 fewer offences committed—demonstrating the power of timely, person-centred intervention. As we grow, we’re committed to strengthening the justice sector through collaboration, innovation and a belief that everyone deserves the chance to move forward.
